Registered Dental Hygienist

Jocelyn is a Registered Dental Hygienist at Brett Hofmann, DDS, where she has been part of the team since 2022. She began her career in dentistry in 2021 and is passionate about preventive care and patient education. Jocelyn earned her Associate of Arts in Dental Hygiene from Chabot College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Francisco State University, which helps her connect with patients on an individual level.

Jocelyn’s favorite part of her role is educating patients about their oral health. She enjoys learning about each patient’s unique habits and routines and providing personalized tools and tips that best fit their needs. She also values the strong teamwork within Dr. Hofmann’s practice, appreciating how the team collaborates and supports one another to create an excellent patient experience.

Inspired by growing up with limited oral health education, Jocelyn chose dentistry to help others build healthy habits and understand the connection between oral and overall health. Outside of work, she enjoys scenic walks and watching movies in theaters, especially those with comfortable recliner seating. A fun fact about Jocelyn is her love for creating flower bouquets, a meaningful tradition she shares with her mother that continues to bring joy to others.
